1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RemindMe (“the App”, listed on the App Store as “Remind me: Sticky Note Widget”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies to the extent of the conflict.
2. Description of Service
RemindMe is an iOS application designed for ADHD support that uses Live Activities to pin notes to your Lock Screen. The App helps users manage tasks, reminders, and notes with features including memo capture, checklists, templates, and notifications.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
RemindMe offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews every month
- Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews every year
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase with no renewal
3.2 Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Prices may vary by country and may change; Apple will notify you of price changes as required
3.3 Free Trial
If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Your notes, checklists, reminders, labels, and templates are stored on your device, not on our servers, so we cannot recover them if you delete the App or lose or reset your device.
7. Not Medical Advice
RemindMe is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or manage ADHD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for advice or care from a qualified professional. Notifications and Live Activities depend on iOS and your device settings and may be delayed, limited, or removed, so do not rely on the App as your only reminder for anything critical, such as taking medication.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
